Garland Of Easter Eggs Coated Wool For Easter Decoration
A garland of Easter eggs coated in wool is a colorful decoration to celebrate Easter, decorating your house with originality.
Coated Easter Eggs
Garland of Easter eggs coated wool is one of the classic ways to decorate the house during the Easter period. Chocolate eggs to offer guests, stuffed eggs cooked for dinner parties, the rounded placeholder to set the table, chores, children’s themes, and other decorations fill our houses with sweetness and color.
To welcome guests in these days of celebration, you can think of adorning the front door of the house, just as it does during Christmas. A beautiful wreath of Easter egg-coated wool is something simple to make at homeand,d at the same time, original to hang. Will give a special touch and send an instant air of celebration.
The material necessary is small and cheap, you can recycle something that you already have or buy it from one of the many DIY shops. Let us see what it is used:
- A garland of polystyrene
- Plastic eggs (preferably of two different sizes)
- Wool yarn of different colors
- Hot glue
We begin by covering the garland of polystyrene with the woolen thread color you prefer.
We then go to the part that requires more time or coats the plastic Easter eggs. We start by fixing one end of the wire to the tip of an egg with hot glue, letting it dry briefly, then begin to sprinkle part of the egg with glue and wrap it with the wire, until we arrive at the opposite end.
There are two ways to wrap the wire: like a ball (but always keeping the oval shape) or concentrically. Both are nice and give a good result; alternatively, if you like,.
Finish the coat with the wire so all the Easter eggs can stick to the wreath.
This beautiful decoration is now complete and ready to hang on the door or wherever you like.
Choose the right size of the wreath, depending on where you want to place it, and according to this, calculate the number of eggs needed.

DIY & MANUAL ACTIVITY FOR CHILDREN: PAPER EASTER EGG GARLAND
The children use different creative techniques around this activity: drawing, geometric shapes, coloring, cutting, etc. The opportunity to let all their creativity speak!
With this easy tutorial to do at home, carry out this creative Easter special activity step by step. Your child takes the time to make colorful Easter garlands themselves. He can then hang it in his room or around the house.
Step 1
To begin, prepare your pencil and an eraser.
On a white sheet of paper, draw an egg measuring at least 5 cm, which will serve as a template for drawing the other eggs that make up the Easter garlands.
Tip: To trace a beautiful egg, why not use a real egg? Gently place an egg on a sheet, trace the outline with a pencil. And There you go !
Step 2
With a pair of scissors, cut out the “template” egg. It allows you to easily and quickly draw the other eggs.
Step 3
On the rest of your white paper, trace 10 to 20 more eggs.
To do this, place the cut template and simply trace its outline.
Tip: Try to trace the eggs as close to each other as possible (while still leaving enough room for cutting). This avoids wasting paper.
Step 4
Now that all your eggs are drawn, it’s time to decorate them.
Using a normograph (or freehand), draw geometric shapes on the eggs. Stars, circles, squares, triangles… Let your imagination speak!
To trace the shapes, use fine colored markers or a pencil.
Step 5
Now you can move on to the coloring stage! Color the different geometric shapes of the eggs.
For this step, you can use coloring pens or colored pencils. For more creativity, you can also use magic markers (to add one color to another and create patterns) or glitter markers.
Step 6
Now color the bottom of the eggs with markers or colored pencils. To add even more color and fun to your Easter garlands, add glitter with tubes of glitter glue!
Step 7
All your eggs are decorated! You can cut them out.
Step 8
Using a hole punch, make a hole at the top of each egg.
Then pass the eggs through the string. To do this, pass the string through the hole and tie a knot without tightening too much so as not to damage the egg. Repeat the operation approximately every 8 or 10 cm.
Step 9
Well done! You have made a magnificent Easter decoration. All that remains is to hang this garland in the house.
