The BA scrub

To have a nice bright complexion, give yourself a break scrub once or twice a week.
After thoroughly cleansing your face, apply to damp skin care, do not rub with light and gentle circular movements. Then rinse thoroughly with water, before moisturizing.

Scrub moisturizing coconut and vanilla

Cut vanilla bean in half and collect the seeds. In a bowl, mix gently with a tablespoon of grated coconut and a tablespoon of coconut milk. Apply gently with fingertips this very carefully as a traditional fragrant scrub. Then rinse with warm water.

Simpleness exfoliating scrub for sensitive skin

Mix a tablespoon of mineral water with three tablespoons of powdered sugar. Gently massage on wet skin and then rinse with warm water. This scrub gentle and effective, perfect for sensitive skin.

Exfoliating scrub with honey and sugar

In a bowl, mix one tablespoon of liquid honey, one tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of vegetable oil (Preferably almond oil, argan, jojoba or, failing that, the virgin olive oil). Apply smoothly. Rinse with warm water. This sweet preparation is ideal to rid the skin of dead cells.

If you want a very exfoliating treatment, decrease the amount of oil in a small teaspoon.

Boil 50 ounces of mineral water. Remove from heat and let infuse for thirty minutes four petals dried roses. Filter this mixture and let cool. If the pores of your face are dilated, modify slightly the previous recipe by mixing plain yogurt and beat with a whisk two tablespoons of almond powder. But replace the honey with a tablespoon of lemon juice. This treatment is very effective in case of unsightly pores.
