250g butter or cup oil

1 baking powder
1-2 cups toasted and coarsely chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
2 tablespoons jam from berries (or optionally important that the sour taste)
– 1 dl cream
– 2 tablespoons Nutella
– 100 g of white chocolate
Carrot cake is not very demanding and this recipe will satisfy the desire for a different flavor desserts.
First Turn on the oven to 180 degrees and grate 1/2 kg of carrots.
2nd Mix butter and sugar then gradually add the eggs one by one 1/2 kg of grated carrots and flour mixed with baking powder.
3rd At the end add the coarsely chopped roasted walnuts & Mixture on wax paper-lined baking pan and bake for about 40 min.
2 dl of cream and heat to boiling hot mix 2 tablespoons Nutella and 50 g white chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted and blended with the rest of the mixture. Once you have carrot cake out of the oven briefly allow cooling and lubricating it jam and then pour the chocolate glaze. Bon appetite!
