Your skin needs different care in winter than in summer. Switching between warm and cold is a particular problem for every skin type. Your care may contain more fat in winter than in summer.

Drink your skin nicely

Nice in your sleep
Sleep also plays a role in the appearance of your skin. On the one hand, it is good for your skin not to have make-up for a long time. Make it your regular ritual to remove your make-up early and give your skin a break.
When you sleep, your body comes to rest and your facial muscles relax. The skin can now regenerate too. For adults, between six to eight hours of sleep each night is ideal.
